Product Search
This navigation tool can be found in the Header of the website.  All items in the selected category are shown in the product view.

Size Selection
This tool can be found above the product overviews. Here you can limit the range of items shown to a desired size.

Sizing Tables
If you do not know which size is right for you, simply click on our homepage "Size Charts".

Shopping basket
When you have found an item that you like, simply select the desired size and place the item in your shopping basket by clicking on the button ",Add to shopping basket". As soon as you have added an item to your basket, you can click on the basket icon at the top right of your page in order to view the basket contents.

How can I pay?
We accept payment through Direct ebanking, EU- Standard Money Transfer and Payments' by PayPal ( including Major Credit Cards).

Are there any risks when I pay by credit card?
Princess of Asia takes your online security and privacy very seriously. Our security server automatically encrypts your personal details when you enter them. We do also not store your credit card number at all as it is sent straight through to the relevant banks in order to process the payment.

Do you accept international orders?
Princess of Asia welcomes orders from all over the world.

Are international orders safe?
Princess of Asia operates in conjunction with DHL, a major international courier. Although your orders may take a few days to reach you, there is no risk in ordering from us. You will get your order as soon as possible!

What about delivery costs?
Take profit of our worldwide shipping flat rate: 5,00 € (once per order)

What about costums fees?
Generally we point out that custom charges might effect for the goods. The amount is variable and depends on the purchasing price. Please get information about import exemption limits and amount of the recent rates of duty & fees with the customs website of your country or with your responsible customs office.

What about returns?
If you are anything less than delighted with any item for any reason, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned in saleable condition and in the original packaging. Click here for more information on conditions of use.

How will my money be refunded?
We will refund the purchase price of the returned goods. However the delivery charges will not be refunded. For payments by credit/debit card, the purchase amount will be credited to your account. Refunds are usually processed within three to five days after the goods are received back at Princess of Asia.
